PRATEIK WAITING FOR HIS
TURNING POINT
Prateik made his debut with ‘Jaane… Tu Ya Jane Naa’, but unluckily after that he has not tasted success. He believes that the much-awaited turning point of his life can come with his upcoming release " Issaq".
At a promotional event Prateik said, "Turning point of my life hasn't come yet. If you (audience) help me, then that turning point will come with 'Issaq'."
Benaras, seems to be one of the most wanted location for filmmakers, just few weeks back ‘Ranjhanaa’ and now ‘Issaq’ both the films were shot in Benaras only. But Prateik says that his film goes "a lot" beyond romance.
"You can say that it's the flavour of this season. Benaras is the flavour of this season, even romance is. But we are not just bringing romance, there is a lot more," Prateik said.
"Issaq" is a modern adaptation of William Shakespeare's play "Romeo & Juliet" and also features Amyra Dastur in the lead role.
