| One arm of his may be in a sling nowadays, but a shoulder injury didn’t prevent Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan from trying his hand on drums. Check out the swashbuckling Khan playing drums in these stills that are apparently from a photoshoot he did recently. The actor does assume the right posture: with one foot on the bass pedal, the other on high-hat pedal, and the sticks striking the snare drum. Can’t really say how he sounded, but he does seem to be giving it his all. This is not the first time Shahrukh Khan has tried his hand on a musical instrument. He first played the bongo in Dil Toh Pagal Hai. Then he was seen plucking a melodious tune on the mandolin in Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge. Last, he was seen strumming a guitar in Jab Tak Hai Jaan. Meanwhile, you may be surprised to know that Aamir Khan, too, is not a bad drummer at all. In fact, he impressed with his drumming skills when he jammed with the band Indian Ocean at the music launch of Peepli [Live] in 2010. |
