Ajay Devgn to team up with Sanjay Gupta
for first time ever!
With Sanjay Dutt behind bars, the Singham superstar might star in the Shootout at Wadala director’s forthcoming film
Everyone knows that the one best friend filmmaker Sanjay Gupta had and made the maximum films with was Sanjay Dutt. He treated the actor as an elder brother and even after a very public fall out, the two patched up, just like best friends often do. However with the Munnabhai star behind bars now, Gupta has realised that he needs another muse in a friend and so, is planning to convince yet another of his besties to star in one of his forthcoming films.
Not a lot of people know that Sanjay Gupta and Ajay Devgn have been thick friends for almost two decades now. Apparently, they used to hang out together since their college days and the only reason the two didn’t join hands for a venture was because of Gupta’s fierce loyalty towards Dutt.
Sanjay and Ajay however got talking about doing a film together while shooting for an ad in Goa. Not much is known about the project as it’s in the development stages, and the two have only verbally agreed upon it, as a proper narration is yet to happen. And Gupta, we hear, is working extra hard with his team of writers for crafting a slick film. He plans to visit Ajay in London where the actor is vacationing with his family to narrate this action flick.
The filmmaker is on a high since his last venture Shootout at Wadala was a hit, and looks like he could carry his winning streak further!
