Jiah Khan suicide: Bombay High Court to hear Suraj Pancholi’s bail plea today

After Suraj was denied bail by a lower court, his lawyer had moved the High Court and the bail application will be heard today

Suraj Pancholi, who was arrested for abetting Jiah Khan’s suicide, is looking forward to some relief from the Bombay High Court today. Suraj was sent to jail on June 10, and on June 21, the son of actors Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab was denied bail by a lower court. Suraj’s lawyer had moved the HC and his bail application will be heard today.

Suraj has been in police custody for almost a fortnight now and he has been charged under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. He was sent to jail till June 27. Let’s see what’s in store for the young, aspiring actor this time around. Watch this space for the verdict.
